CATCH-A-SMILE

CATCH-A-SMILE

YOU WILL NEED:

· 2 Quart size plastic creamer bottles
· Red and Blue decorative tape
· tennis ball
· black paint
· paint brush
· ½ inch wooden dowel
· sandpaper

HOW TO DO IT:

1. *Ask an adult to cut bottom ring off of each bottle.
2. Sand cut edge until it is smooth.
3. Use tape to make stripes around bottles.
4. Use wooden dowel dipped in black paint to make eyes on tennis ball. Use brush to paint mouth on tennis ball.

TO PLAY: (two players)
Recommend playing outside so you don't break something.
Hold bottle by neck (bottom up) and drop tennis ball inside. Stand a few feet away from opponent and toss ball out of bottle with an upward motion. Opponent should hold other bottle by neck (bottom up) and try to catch ball in it. Repeat and don’t forget to smile.

Thank you, Morgan. I was a professional crafter for about five years.

Hi Shari,
It was so nice to see that you visited my blog and left a kind comment! You are very talented. I admire your work. Now that I see that you have crafts here I'll have to make some. I love to make crafts with my daughter. We also live in Oregon. If you are ever in the Beaverton area, feel free to let me know. It would be fun to go to tea with you.
